1. Print the circuit board.

2. CCL cutting
What is a copper clad laminate? It is a circuit board covered with copper film on both sides. Cut the copper clad laminate, and use the photosensitive plate to make the whole process diagram of the circuit board. Cut the copper clad laminate into the size of the circuit board, be careful not to cut it too large and waste materials.

3. Pretreatment of copper clad laminate
The oxide layer on the surface of the copper clad laminate needs to be polished with fine sandpaper to ensure that the toner on the thermal transfer paper can be firmly printed on the copper clad laminate when the circuit board is transferred. (Grinding should be bright on the surface of the board without obvious stains).

4. Transfer printed circuit board
Cut the printed circuit board into a suitable size, stick the side with the printed circuit board on the copper clad laminate, and put the copper clad laminate into the thermal transfer machine after alignment. Make sure that the transfer paper is not misplaced when putting it in. Generally, after 2-3 transfers, the circuit board can be firmly transferred to the copper clad laminate.
Wen Qing Tips: The thermal transfer machine needs to be preheated in advance, and the temperature is set at 160-200 degrees Celsius, because the temperature is very high, so pay attention to safety when operating!

5. Corrosion circuit board and reflow soldering machine
First of all, you need to check whether the transfer of the circuit board is complete. If you find a few places that have not been transferred, you can use a black oil-based pen to repair it, and then corrode it. When the copper film exposed on the circuit board is completely corroded, the circuit board is taken out from the corrosion solution and cleaned, and the corrosion of a circuit board is completed in this way.
Composition of corrosion solution: Concentrated hydrochloric acid: Concentrated hydroge peroxide: Water = 1:2:3. When preparing corrosion solution, add water first, then add concentrated hydrochloric acid and concentrated hydroge peroxide. If concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated hydroge peroxide or corrosion solution is accidentally splashed during operation When it gets on the skin or clothes, it should be washed with clean water in time. Since a strong corrosive solution is used, be sure to pay attention to safety when operating!

6. Circuit board drilling
Electronic components need to be inserted into the circuit board, so the circuit board drilling is essential. The choice of drill pins is determined by the thickness of the pins of the electronic components. When operating the drilling machine to drill holes, the circuit board must be stabilized, and the speed of the drilling machine must be maintained, and it cannot be driven too slowly.

7. Circuit board pretreatment
After the previous step (drilling) is completed, the circuit board needs to be pretreated. The toner covering the board is polished off with fine sandpaper, and then the circuit board is cleaned with clean water. After the water on the circuit board is dry, apply rosin perfume to the side with the circuit, and use a hot air blower to heat the circuit board to speed up the solidification of the rosin. It only takes 2-3 minutes for the rosin to solidify.

8. Soldering electronic components
